Shipping Policy

What is STANDARD SHIPPING?

Standard shipping is our default shipping method. Under this option, we will use either FedEx or UPS to ship your package. We will make this determination based on speed and cost-effectiveness.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders placed before 4:30 pm CST Monday through Friday will be shipped that day via the chosen shipping choice. Orders placed after 6:30 pm CST Monday through Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day. If any orders are not available or on backorder, the customer will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible. All calculations for expedited delivery are based on business days only.

Return Policy

In the event you need to return the product please contact our customer service. Please provide the following information to expedite your return:  invoice number, purchase order number, part number, number of items you need to return, and the reason for return. Once you have provided us with this information, a sales representative will contact the appropriate party to issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) via email. Please allow 1 hour for this process. To receive full credit for the return of parts must be unopened and in their original box. A 25% restocking fee will be accessed. We will have an RMA form on our site soon.
