There Are 3 Ways To Test Cells/Battery Pack: 1] Monitor Each Cell under A light-load Condition—Rotor Only; 2] Monitor Each Cell Under A Heavy Load — 80 kVp @ 125 mAs. Cell readings should be within 0.2 VDC Of Each Other (Ex. 11.9 VDC To 12.1 VDC). There Should Be 113 VDC Across The Battery Pack Prior To Running Tests 1 & 2 Above. 3] Also refer to ERROR 465, For The Battery Pack Load Test. This may also be a synchronization issue. The Voltmeter Calibration Has To Be Accurate In Order To Run This Test Successfully. This “Synchronizing” Routine Should Always Be Run – 1) At The End Of Any Major Unit Calibration – 2) Upon Replacement Of The Battery Charger Board – 3) If The Unit Was Charged Outside Of Normal Applications Mode (Check Sum Bypass Or Diagnostics Mode). Also refer to Problem 24, Below. Charge the unit to “CHARGE COMPLETE”. This updates both the internal capacity meter and the displayed percentage, allowing the two values to synchronize.
